One of the only courses in Europe designed by the legendary Arthur hills Oitavas is breathtaking.
Opened in September 2001,Hills has created an impressive mixture of links and parkland and has retained the beautiful nature features of the area.
The par 3 9th, played towards Europe's westernmost point, is dramatic and the two closing holes are wonderful. Oitavos is an excellent test of golf in lovely surroundings - rated 33 in Europe by Golf World and definitely one for the 'must play' list.
