The golf in Majorca has grown in prominence over the past few years. There are now 15 courses, the majority that are found in the South West of the Island near the popular resort of Santa Ponsa. Amongst the many championships Majorca has hosted the Spanish Pro Championship and Balearic Island Trophy.
