Jacksonville - Sawgrass Country Club

Sawgrass Country Club features 27 holes of championship golf designed by Ed Seay, Arnold Palmer's design partner. Consistently ranked in the top 100 courses to play by Golf Digest, the Oceanside Course (East-West nines) was the original home to the Tournament Players Championship from 1977 to 1981. Since then, the South nine has been added to complete the facility. Do not miss an opportunity to play Sawgrass while staying at the Marriott, it's a great, great golf club.

Jacksonville - Dye's Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass

Dye's Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass is the latest challenge in the grand tradition of the Tournament Players Club. The ambitious younger brother of the famous Stadium Course, this 6,838-yard, par-72 course poses a test for all handicappers — with its lush, winding fairways, sweeping greens, and water in play on every hole to test your shot-making ability and accuracy. The TPC Valley Course at Sawgrass will prove to be a challenge for any skill level with its undulations on the fairways, sweeping greens and water the comes into play upon every hole. Though the Valley Course is a bit milder than the Stadium Course, you will find yourself need to make accurate shots while you fight the winds from the Atlantic Ocean which is one mile away from the course

Jacksonville - King & Bear - World Golf Village

There's never been a course like this. For the first time in history, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus have teamed together and built The King & The Bear at World Golf Village. The two golf legends have collaborated on a truly remarkable course of unparalleled beauty, challenge, and design. The course features loblolly pines and open meadows on the front nine while the natural beauty of 200-year-old live oaks with vast, shady canopies perfectly complement the back. Simply awesome!

Jacksonville - Marsh Landing Country Club

Marsh Landing Country Club is often likened to a 6,841-yard nature preserve. Test your skills on a 6,825-yard, par-72 golf course winding through pockets of intracoastal marshes and towering pines, showcasing a spectacular year-round golfing experience and an extraordinary array of wildlife. Consult the expert staff of professionals to take your skills to new heights and your scores to new lows. The course features mature trees with some challenging drives and approaches. The layout is reasonably flat and should be easy enough to walk depending on the time of year.

Jacksonville - Slammer & Squire - World Golf Village

The World Golf Village is considered the most ambitious golf project in the history of the game. The first course, The Slammer and The Squire, was designed by architect Bobby Weed and named for golf legends Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. Golfers of all levels are provided a challenge, yet five sets of tees allow the player to choose a length to meet his or her ability. If the ambiance of the World Golf Village is not enough, the service-oriented approach of the course will impress all visitors.

Jacksonville - The Stadium Course - TPC Sawgrass

The Stadium Course is a target design that features water coming into play on almost every hole. This course was considered the debut of stadium golf, with plenty of pot bunkers and moguls to make even professionals squeal. Regarded as the crown jewel of Northeast Florida, this stunning, Pete Dye-designed PGA TOUR golf course plays host to THE PLAYERS Championship – which annually attracts the strongest field in golf and is one of the PGA TOUR's most coveted titles

Miami - Doral - Blue Monster

Since 1962, this course has been the home of the PGA TOUR event that in 2007 will be the World Golf Championship's "CA Championship". The Blue course, known worldwide as the "Blue Monster", has just re-opened following a four-month renovation to enhance the overall playing experience and improve the CA Championship tournament setup while maintaining the course's attributes of character and competitiveness. The most significant improvement to the course was the re-grassing of all eighteen greens with TifEagle Bermuda, which will provide year-round optimal turf conditions, and create firmer, faster putting surfaces. Additionally, improvements included a complete landscape renovation, as well as renovation to all bunkers on the course. Rounding out the project was a complete cart path replacement to help improve overall course management. As you can see, the Blue Monster promises to be better than ever - so don't miss playing this world famous layout!

Miami - Doral - Great White

One of the resort's older courses has been completely renovated (February 2000) by Greg Norman. The new "Great White" Course, primarily landscaped with tightly packed coquina sand, is the only "desert-scaped" golf course of it's kind in the Southeastern United States. The course has the only triple green in South Florida; holes 11,13 and 17 share a putting surface of 25,000-square feet. There are some terrific holes here including the 8th, a 175-yard par three with an island green. In typical Norman fashion, holes 9 and 18 are extremely difficult finishing holes. In addition, the course was designed to be environmentally friendly with natural marshes and wetlands used as draining areas. The Great White has also hosted the 2000 Franklin Templeton Shoot-Out.

Orlando - Bay Hill Club & Lodge - (Championship)

At Bay Hill, you play the venue of the Bay Hill Invitational, one of the longest standing stops on the PGA Tour. It is also Arnold Palmer's winter home The front 9 of the Big Course is the more scenic and dramatic of the two 9's. It features the half-moon-shaped par 5 5th around a lake where John Daly took an 18 trying to hit his drive over the lake from the forward tees to the green. The back nine is less scenic, as the houses seem to be on top of a few of the holes. It includes the 400-yard uphill 10th; the 430-yard par 4 11th to a long, narrow green hovering over a lake; the short, straight par 4 13th of less than 400 yards over another pond to a tight green; and No. 15, a 225-yard uphill par 3 to a severely sloped green. For all of its notoriety, Bay Hill remains a course within a development, albeit a very high-end development. Six- and seven-figure homes on large lots are visible throughout

Orlando - Celebration

Celebration Golf Club is an 18-hole regulation length golf course in Kissimmee, Florida. This medium-length layout features 5 sets of teeboxes for the enjoyment of golfers of all skill levels

Orlando - Champions Gate - National

Greg Norman has designed the National as a classic American-style layout that rolls gently through 200 acres of southern woodlands and wetlands. The layout's key trait is diversity with wall-to-wall fairway bunkers running up along holes 12 through 16, three double doglegs, a massive double-green shared by the fourth and 16th holes, and a sunken fairway on the seventh.

Orlando - Champions Gate International

This world-class 36-hole facility, designed by Greg Norman, opened in the fall of 2000. Although Norman designed it as an "Australian links," the International was also clearly influenced by his British Open success and features a wild, windswept appearance. The fairways are peppered with devilish pot bunkers, making it a tough challenge to safely reach small, slick greens.

Orlando - Cypress Golf - North, South & East Course

The North, South, and East Nines offer a variety of mental and physical stimuli that test accuracy rather than strength and distance. The original North-South combination, marked by sharply ledged fairways, tall shaggy mounds, and plateau greens perched above water or sand, is a demanding, target-style test. The sportier, more wooded East Nine is more generous, with less bunkering (particularly in front of the greens) allowing for more run-up shots. Within these 27 holes, the Jack Nicklaus Signature-designed North, South, and East Nines provide three distinctly unique 18-hole masterpieces. For the full round of 18, courses can be combined as the North-South, South-East, or East-North Course. Each combination provides a distinctive playing experience, which will challenge even the best of golfers.

Orlando - Disney's Lake Buena Vista

Disney's Lake Buena Vista is a classic country club course winding its way through everything from thick forests to pastel vacation villas. The magic of Disney surrounds you along with the enchantment of nature in the form of magnificent Florida pines, palmettos, reflection ponds and wildlife.

Orlando - Falcons Fire

This Rees Jones signature design pays respect to the timeless traditions of the game of golf. The front side is forgiving with water on three holes, while the back wraps around two large, picturesque lakes with a run of holes (12-18) that will challenge the most skilled player. Boasting tournament playing conditions year-round, the course is arguably one of the finest maintained in Central Florida. Former host to such prestigious events as the Senior PGA Tour Qualifying School and the Oldsmobile Scramble National Finals. Truly a complete facility, Golf Shop Operations Magazine has rated the pro shop as one of America's "Top 100 Golf Shops" for 3 years.

Orlando - Ginn Re Union

Designed by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II, The Tradition is the newest of the three courses at Ginn Reunion Resort. The two Jacks took advantage of naturally undulating terrain when designing this outstanding layout. You'll play through a beautiful natural setting with water on nine holes and a variety of oaks, magnolias, maples, and palms.

Orlando - Grand Cypress - New Course

The New Course adds another dimension of play to the Orlando golf scene with steeper and more challenging bunkers and slopes. Set in the midst of an open meadow, the New Course is Jack Nicklaus' tribute and homage to the famed Old Course at St. Andrews, Scotland. This Scottish links masterpiece is complete with double greens, stone bridges and walls, gorse mounds, burns, and pot bunkers as deep as 12 feet... all in the spirit of true Scottish original. Very little water comes into play on the New Course, but when it does it just may surprise you. Very few trees are located within the interior of the course, creating plenty of room to drive the ball. However, even the best of drives will be challenged, as even the slightest slice or fade can cause the best of golfers to find themselves looking in the wrong fairway for their ball.

Orlando - Harmony Golf Preserve

Opened in 2002 and built on a 260 acre wildlife preserve, Harmony is proudly operated by Troon Golf, the world leader in upscale golf course management. Rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play" 2008 and 4th toughest course in Central Florida by Orlando Business Journal, it is the only Johnny Miller Signature Designed Course in the Orlando area.

Orlando - Hawks Landing

Hawk’s Landing Golf Club is 18-Holes of Championship Golf at its finest. Great location, perfect weather, satisfying long days and a Golf experience that rewards golfers of all skill levels. At more than 6,600 yards from its back tees, Hawk’s Landing Golf Club is a deceptively challenging test of golf. From your opening shot on the 1st tee to your approach shot over water on #18, you can expect to use every club in your bag. The following course layout is designed to provide you a preview of what to expect when you tee it up at Hawk’s Landing. The beautiful natural surroundings, native birds and wildlife, fragrant beds of vibrantly colored azaleas and plentiful sunshine create an inviting atmosphere that makes every Golfer look forward to their next round.

Orlando - Panther Lakes

Panther Lake has been FlyForGolf #1 requested course in Orlando area. It has played host to the 2003 and 2005 PGA TOUR Qualifying School Finals and was awarded 4.5 stars by Golf Digest's "Places to Play." The 7350-yard masterpiece incorporates sweepng, rolling hills and 60-foot elevation changes as it winds through natural oak hammocks, pine trees and freshwater lakes, all presenting majestic, panoramic vistas (and no homes).

Port St Lucie - PGA Dye Course

The PGA of America and famed golf course architect Pete Dye are ecstatic about the unveiling of the newly renovated Dye Course on October 6, 2007. Golfers who have played here in the past will discover a bold new contrast to what they may remember as soon as they reach the first tee.

Port St Lucie - PGA Ryder Course

With its rolling hills, majestic pine trees and challenging water hazards, The Ryder Course (North) has a distinctive Carolina feel. The layout borders a large wildlife sanctuary and offers rolling fairways, large-target greens, and a beautiful environment.

Port St Lucie - PGA Wanamaker

A classic Florida layout, Tom Fazio's Wanamaker Course (South), is set against a backdrop of wetlands, palm trees, and palmettos. The course is considered as one of Florida's most beautiful courses and is currently ranked #21 in the State by Golf Digest. In typical Fazio style, the premium is on the tee shot to set up a good approach to the well-guarded greens.

Tampa - Innisbrook Copperhead course

The Copperhead Course at Innisbrook is considered one of the best resort courses in the country (as rated by Golf Digest) and is host to The Transitions Championship, a PGA Tour event. The par-71 course plays over 7,350 yards from the back tournament tees and is a very stern test of golf with terrific greens. The course is best characterized by its tree-lined fairways and rolling natural setting. It's actually more reminiscent of a Carolina layout than its location on Florida's West Coast.

Tampa - Innisbrook Island

One of Innisbrook's four championship courses, the Island Course, was the first to open for play in December of 1970, and still offers Innisbrook's most diverse golfing challenge. Just slightly shorter in length than the famed Copperhead, the Island unfolds into 18 truly unique holes. The varying terrain, coupled with a variety of tee placements, can challenge both the professional player as well as the weekend golfer. The Island's first six holes are dominated by lateral water hazards and fairly level terrain which require pin point accuracy on both tee shots and approaches. The middle six holes feature rolling hills dominated by cypress and pine trees. The final six boast a mixture of holes designed to reward the bold yet penalize the errant golf shot. Finally, the layout winds down to an 18th hole that will test the nerves of even the most steady. What a golf course!

Tampa - Saddlebrook course

The Saddlebrook Course was originally designed by Dean Refram in 1976. Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay redesigned the course when building the Palmer Course in 1986. The Saddlebrook Course provides a longer challenge than the Palmer with tighter, tree-lined fairways. Just like the Palmer, you'll find water on 17 of the 18 holes. The course is well-known for its finishing hole, a tough par four with a difficult second shot over a substantial water hazard to a vvery undulating green. Make four here and it will bring you back for more!

Tampa - Saddlebrook Palmer course

The par-70 Palmer Course at Saddlebrook plays much longer than it's 6,469 yards. With water on 17 of the 18 holes, players find themselves thinking their way around this Arnold Palmer design. The par-five, fourth hole is a perfect example with water on the right and out of bounds on the left off the tee. The second shot doesn't get any easier with trees lining both sides of the fairway. Finally, an elevated and well-trapped green awaits your third shot as you attempt to reach the green in regulation. Overall, you'll find the Palmer Course to provide an enjoyable day of golf with rolling fairways and receptive, undulating greens.

West Palm Beach - PGA Champion Course

The Champion Course at PGA National Resort & Spa was built with tournament play in mind. Originally laid out by Tom Fazio and redesigned by Jack Nicklaus in 1990, the Champion has played host to some of golf's biggest events including the 1983 Ryder Cup, the 1987 PGA Championship and the PGA Seniors' Championship from 1982-2000. Currently the host of the PGA TOUR's Honda Classic each March, the Champion continues to wow and challenge the world's best players year in and year out. Ernie Els took home the title in 1998 with a big finish in Sunday's final round. Designated by Nicklaus as "The Bear Trap," holes 11, 15, 16 and 17 provide one of the toughest stretches in all of golf. However, with five sets of tees you can choose the challege that's right for you

West Palm Beach - PGA Palmer Course

Named for its designer, Arnold Palmer, The Palmer was dedicated on February 28, 1984. Its design is reminiscent of the Scottish links tradition. Undulating fairways, grass bunkers and a double green shared by the 8th and 12th holes recall golf's old world heritage. In conjunction with the Arnold Palmer Golf Design Group, the popular course underwent significant renovations in 2007. These included a new greenside irrigation system, ensuring the success of the course's new state-of-the-art grass, Champion Turf Bermuda; redesigned native landscaping; re-shaped and rebuilt holes and bunkers; and all new laser-leveled tee locations featuring a minimum of four tees per hole.
