Beneath Barcelona lies the southern coastal stretch of Catalonia: the Costa Dorada (Golden Coast). The region is quite different from its northern neighbour, the Costa Brava. The coastline is less rugged, with miles and miles of flat golden sandy beaches.
Golfers living outside of Spain know very little about this emerging golf location, which has all the important ingredients: four excellent golf courses, great year-round weather, quality hotels and two historical major cities, Reus and Tarragona.
