This five-star all-inclusive resort sits right on the seafront with direct beach access and a free shuttle that runs between reception and the pro shop, meaning you're never more than a few minutes from your next tee time. The hotel shares its grounds with the Sueno Golf Hotel, where both championship courses are located, but Deluxe is the premium option, with 80% of rooms offering sea views and a level of finish that genuinely earns the deluxe label.

Rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped. Expect LCD televisions, free Wi-Fi throughout and a fully stocked minibar that's included in your all-inclusive package. The sea-view rooms are worth requesting, particularly those facing the Mediterranean rather than the golf courses, and the layout of the hotel means you're never far from the main facilities, the beach or the shuttle to the courses.

The food and beverage offering is one of the strongest in Belek. The main buffet restaurant seats 700 indoors and 400 outside, serving a huge variety of international cuisine with live cooking stations and a quality that's well above the usual all-inclusive standard. Six a la carte restaurants are available to all guests year-round, covering Italian, Mexican, Turkish, Asian and an open-air fish and barbecue venue that's particularly good in the evenings. During summer, Sueno Square opens with 16 different food stations, including patisserie, a fruit stand, red meat and poultry, salad bar, snacks, pizza, pasta, pastries and ice cream, giving you the kind of choice you'd expect from a resort twice the price.

Bars are spread across the resort, including a lounge bar, pool bar, pier bar and a nightclub bar for those who want to extend the evening. Drinks are included and the quality is consistent across the board.

Leisure facilities are extensive. Outdoor and indoor pools, amphitheatres, adults' and children's waterparks and a luxurious spa with sauna, hammam, Turkish baths and treatment rooms give you plenty of options when you're not on the course. The beach is directly accessible, the pier is a great spot for a drink at sunset, and the hotel's layout means you can move between golf, beach, pool and spa without ever feeling like you're covering serious ground.

Sueno Hotels Deluxe Belek is located on Turkey's golf coast, near the shores of Belek and just 45 minutes from Antalya International Airport.

Pines Golf Course

The Pines Course is the main golfing feature at the Sueno complex, measuring over 7,000 yards from the championship tees. The designer has incorporated many of the rugged characteristics of a links course, giving the Pines an amazing character.

Apart from being truly beautiful, the Pines, studded with huge water hazards and expanses of sand, is a stern test of championship golf, and is one of the finest layouts in Belek.

Sueno's signature hole certainly requires some solid golf in order to achieve par. With little margin for error, golfers must carry 214 yards over water, to a green containing a pin dangerously near a green side bunker. A safe option would be to aim away from the pin, but with this tactic, a two putt might not be so easy!

Dunes Golf Course

Sueno’s second course is the Dunes, which is suitable for golfers of all standards. It does, however, still tip the scales in excess of 6,500 yards, and is no pushover. Enormous bunkers and the links-style shaping are characteristics, but it is the Dunes’ closing hole which is the lasting memory – pluck up the courage to find the putting surface at the 18th hole’s amazing island green.

Once you've finished your round it is well recommended to sit and enjoy an apres golf drink overlooking four of the greens of the Dunes and Pines courses, if you get the chance we'd recommend teeing off in the first 4-ball of your group of golfers so you can enjoy their attempts at clearing the water on the island greens!
